The economist panel's consensus is that unless we get our medium to long term house in order, we are going to end up with higher interest rates, low growth, huge tax increases, and draconian cuts to Medicare and Social security.

The Heritage Foundation has a rigorous comparative analysis of the Obama and McCain Tax Plans.
It's a lengthy read so unfortunately those buying into the Obama myth will get bored. But, it's typical that the MSM has not even mentioned this "inconvenient" research.
Despite the fact that McCain's policies will result in higher job growth, higher GDP growth, higher disposable income, and a higher savings rate, Obama's tax plan is better because it is "more fair".
Oh no, Obama is not a socialist. Right?
